Hello,
I am a new home buyer and I am looking at the available inventory in my location and I do not see half the properties that I know are vacant. My biggest question is " How can this be legal?" If the banks have the inventory and are "holding" it to drive the home prices up for a false since of market rebound that seams to me as a type of a monopoly because they (banks) are reducing the ability for me as a home buyer to make an informed decision with what is ACTUALLY available. I think and correct me if I am wrong ALL the inventory needs to be on the market so it can be sold to a prospective buyer like me. If that drives the cost down so be it at least some of us can then be in a new home and paying our mortgage.
Thank you,
Angel
