Below is a list of mortgage lender rates on the top products from the top banks and lenders.
You will also see a list of loan programs which are updated daily,ranging from a 1 year adjustable-rate mortgage to a 30 year fixed product. Notice that some programs carry interest-only options, and others do not. Interest-only plays a role in pricing, often raising the interest rate by an eighth to a quarter percent.
I have also included a link to the composite bond market which essentially drives interest rates.
These lender rates are a good indication of what rate you may receive from a bank or lender, but rates can vary greatly according to your loan scenario and credit profile. The rates below are also assumed to be at par rate, before any adjustments.
