I noticed quite a few reviews where the customer indicated that both the interest rate and fees/closing costs were lower than expected, which is a great sign on the pricing front.

Over at LendingTree, they’ve got a 4.9-star rating from more than 6,000 reviews, along with a 99% recommended rate. Their interest rates are also rated as “excellent.”

They have been an accredited business with the Better Business Bureau since 2012, and currently have a perfect ‘A+’ rating.

  1. Allied promised us a great refinance lower rates. Then called the month it was to be finished and said our loan officer quit. They said it was to be done in March. Jump from end of Jan to Mid March. Nothing from Allied. Then we start getting flyers from them advertising to get a refi. Called and said what is going on? Took almost a week they finally answered. Sorry interest rates are going up so we cant do the loan at what we promised. Good thing we did not do what they said and stopped our house payment for 2 months. Now the refi was to be done first of March instead they just stopped doing anything. I wish i had gone to a reputable group. Do not use them they are scam artists. But as my husband is a disabled vet they seem to like to screw over people like him.
